A federal judge in Texas has ruled that President Biden must continue to build the border wall along the United States-Mexico border using funds specifically allocated for its construction by President Trump in 2019.
Biden was sued by Texas and Missouri for failing to use the allocated funds for their intended purpose after he assumed the presidency following Trump. Breitbart reports that Judge Drew Tipton has issued a preliminary injunction ordering Biden to stop diverting funds for the border wall away from its construction.
