IRLI is seeking an Investigations Counsel who will prosecute lawsuits brought under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and state public records request laws, as well as related legal research and drafting.

This position is located in IRLI’s headquarters in Washington, DC, and is a full-time, exempt position. IRLI offers generous benefits, and the salary is commensurate with experience.
