Mr. Jaroslav serves as Investigations Counsel, and is responsible for overseeing IRLI’s investigations litigation. Prior to joining IRLI, he served as State and Local Legislative Manager for the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR). Before FAIR, Mr. Jaroslav worked for more than ten years as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County, Florida. His prosecutorial experience covered trial litigation at the misdemeanor and felony levels, drug court and mental health court, and two years as an intake attorney in the juvenile division working closely with law enforcement.
