Ms. D’Andrea serves as Staff Counsel. Before joining IRLI she worked on campaign finance and election law issues as a law clerk for a non-profit organization. Prior to that she served as law clerk for the United States Senate Committee on Indian Affairs, where she worked closely with the staff develop legislation improving the Indian Health Service.
