Mr. Crapo serves as senior counsel to IRLI and is an experienced immigration litigation attorney who works to ensure that the nation’s immigration laws are enforced and advocates for stricter immigration policies. He worked for more than 12 years in the Office of Immigration Litigation in the Civil Division of the United States Department of Justice where he defended removal orders before nearly every court of appeal, including presenting oral arguments numerous times before the United States Courts of Appeals for the First, Second, Third, Sixth, Seventh, and Ninth Circuits.
