President Donald J. Trump issued an executive order Tuesday that instructs the Secretary of Commerce to exclude illegal immigrants from congressional reapportionment measures.
Congressional reapportionment, which reallocates each state’s seats in the House of Representatives and federal funding based on the number of inhabitants, comes every 10 years following the national census. Read the full story at The American Spectator.
