Matt O’Brien, IRLI’s director investigations, recently appeared on The Lars Larson Show nationally syndicated radio program. He discussed an IRLI friend-of-the-court brief in a Texas federal district court where illegal aliens claim that their detention violates the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, and that the program violates their rights to equal protection of the laws under the Constitution.
