Lawyers for the U.S. Department of Justice are scheduled to be in Worcester Monday to ask a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed by asylum seekers living in Westboro against government officials over the forcible border separation practice that roiled the country last year.
The hearing will span several topics and will be the first court proceeding in the case, which was filed in September by lawyers seeking compensation for two Westboro families and thousands of others across the country. Read the full story at Breitbart.
